At SilentWHY, we see every day just how important it is to find a good balance between what drives you personally (your 'silent WHY') and what motivates you externally (your 'loud WHY').
Our programmes always start with a focus on your personal motivations – your Silent WHY.
In our individual programmes, it’s all about you. We help you take ownership and expand your awareness. This means taking some time to reflect on yourself and how you shape your life and work. What needs to grow within you, and what do you need to make that happen? This allows you to take steps in your personal and professional development. Through conversations and reflection with a guide, you’ll discover the behaviours or beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. The result? Movement, growth, and progress!
We believe it’s important to take time for this. Only by stepping out of your daily routine can you truly see what’s going on in your (sub)consciousness and what needs attention. This way, you can shape your life with more personal leadership and from your own core.

What does the programme look like?
Every Silent Leadership programme is tailored to you, but it always follows the 7 phases of Theory-U:
Downloading: We start by exploring together what’s going on. What challenges are you facing? What are your desires? What do you want to achieve from this programme?
Experiencing: We help you discover how your (sub)consciousness works and the effects of your beliefs, emotions, and behaviour patterns. We also explore how external factors in your life influence you. You’ll reflect on this with your guide.
Being: This phase is all about being present in the here and now. By consciously observing with all your senses (including your intuition), you reach this state of Being. You’ll discover how to connect with all the wisdom and resources available to you, beyond knowledge and thoughts.
Shaping: You’ll imagine what your future could look like and shape the insights and ideas you gained in the Being phase. You’ll develop a clear vision of your future self.
Experimenting: With these insights, you’ll start practising in the real world, both at home and at work. You’ll step out of your comfort zone, knowing you’re supported and challenged by an experienced SilentWHY coach.
Integrating: During the programme, you’ll integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life and apply your newfound insights.
Anchoring: With a broadened awareness, you now have more insight into yourself, your desires, and your ambitions. From a place of ownership, you can continue to shape your new reality.
Our dedicated SilentWHY coaches will guide you through this process, and you can also choose to have sessions with external coaches who each bring their unique expertise.
The programme includes:
Onboarding
Nature Quest (silent session) or Personal Leadership Quest
4-6 coaching sessions
Expert supervision or deepening sessions with alumni from our SilentWHY tribe who have specific expertise
How long does it take?
The programme lasts 4-6 months.
