What does the programme look like?

The SilentWHY traineeship is a unique personal development programme that you can join with multiple trainees from your own organisation, or mixed with participants from other companies. You’ll experience the programme both as a group and individually, allowing you to learn from and with each other, but also to deepen your own understanding. We always work from the inside out and both indoors and outdoors. For example, our traineeship starts and ends in nature: in the woods or on the heath. This way, you can truly integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life, both personally and professionally.

Our traineeships include:

  • The Personal Leadership Quest

  • Group days with the entire cohort

  • Fireside reflection sessions

  • Individual guidance in the form of 1-to-1 coaching

  • Business involvement through mentoring or buddy systems

  • External coaches (e.g. boxing clinic, horse coaching, etc.)

  • A balance between theoretical framework and experiential learning

The programme is further tailored to the needs of your organisation. This is done based on specific themes, such as the programme's objectives, the culture and values of your organisation, and our experience.
